How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do your wash windows?Yes but to single storey building only.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Do you pick up pet feces?Due to health safety issues, we do not.

What forms of payments do you accept?Of course cash is always welcomed but we also accept cheques and all major credit cards.

Do you move heavy furnitures to clean around it?Due to safety issues and insurance directives, we do not.

Payments Accepted
We accept all major credits, cash, and checks. For our regular business clients, NET30 is also available.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that if service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, OR we are unable to access the home upon arrival, OR we are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the credit card on file.

We are confident in our cleaning services that if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will re-clean areas in question and make things right. just notify us within 24 hours of the original cleaning service with the details of the issue and we will take care of the rest
